trendy clothing, fashion clothing

I love trendy clothing. A woman's clothing must equal the latest fashion clothing.  Trendy clothing also must accompany women's shoes that are "styling."  When I was growing up, we didn't have much money; so, whenever I got any new clothing, it was a highlight...a reward.  Luckily, my Mom sewed, and she made me skirts.  We matched the skirts with sweaters or blouses, and I then had the trendy clothing of the day back then.

I will always be grateful to Mom for doing all she did for me.  She saw to it I had everything I needed...even a formal dress when necessary.  She was not the best seamstress; however, she did a good enough job, and I never complained.  I looked as good as the girls who came from wealth, and I never felt I was without where fashion clothing was concerned.  My Mom was then and still is the greatest Mom in the world.  I don't know if I can ever pay her back; but, her example as my Mom has made me a better Mother.
